Check in on Thursday and depart on Sunday
First hunt of the / season will be Thursday, October 15.
Hunt Policy
This is not a guaranteed hunt. Your guide will determine age, class, and estimated score of your trophy.
We ask you to remember that the score given is an estimate and we are not perfect.
A wounded deer is considered a kill.
Every effort will be made to track all animals.
It is our goal to make your hunt successful; however, weather and other variables may affect your hunt and are outside of our control.
All Hunts will be done with rifle only, bow hunting is not allowed.
Upon arrival, a liability release will provided and required prior to hunting. Additionally, your rifle will be checked for accuracy.
Additional Animals
If you decide to hunt additional animals or exotics, your payment is required in advance.
Meat Processing
The taxidermist will cape your deer if you desire.
Meat processing is available locally or can be donated to feed the hungry.
Staff
We are committed to providing quality customer service and an enjoyable experience.
Cancellation Policy
Hunts are non-refundable. We suggest you find a replacement if you are unable to make your scheduled trip.
License
All hunters a required to have a current valid Texas hunting license prior to arrival. Hunter safety permits are required for birthdays after September 1, 1971.

Gratuities
A gratuity of any size is acceptable and certainly appreciated. Cash is preferred.
Our guides and chefs are very capable, experienced and professional.
Alcohol is not furnished, but you may bring your personal preferences and enjoy a drink after your evening hunt.
